Neuroplasticity, Music, and Storytelling
The control is yours for the taking
Neuroplasticity, storytelling, and music converge to rewire the brain by engaging multiple sensory, emotional, and cognitive systems simultaneously, strengthening neural connections through immersive experiences. Storytelling creates narrative structure and emotional context, while music adds rhythm and sensory stimulation, leading to lasting structural changes in the brain (neuroplasticity)

I suffered from severe anxiety attacks and no longer do. Let me help bring calm to your life.

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganize its structure, functions, and neural pathways throughout life in response to experience, learning, or injury. It allows neurons to adapt, form new connections, or change existing ones, enabling recovery from brain damage and the adaptation to new information, including overcoming fears, phobias, and anxiety.
You can overcome.
You can take control.
About
Randall Reynolds
Hi, my name is Randall Reynolds. I have suffered from anxiety attacks and depression at different times in my life.
My first severe anxiety attack came out of nowhere. I was visiting a friend 1,500 miles from home. It was the middle of the night. I woke up in a complete panic with adrenaline flooding through my body, my heart pounding and my mind racing. I had to sit in the bathroom for three hours before daylight came and I could act like I was just getting up with my wife and the other people in the house.
That was the first of many episodes over the next several years.
I found ways to calm those fears. To manage that anxiety when it showed up unexpectedly. And I want to share what I found with others.
What is a Break State? What is a self-guided moment? What is Focused Imagery? I will teach you how to breathe when you need it, and how knowing a certain technique can be an "in the moment" tool.
